Lou Steele has been active in Kansas City’s commercial real estate industry for more than 35 years.  He was a founding principal of Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate which specialized in property and asset management, investment sales, and the leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties.  The firm was recognized four times as a winner of the prestigious Pinnacle Award recognizing the top 10 Prudential affiliates in the U.S. and Canada.  Lou also served as a member of the Prudential CRES National Advisory Council. 

 

After leaving Prudential CRES in 2007, Lou served as Senior Vice President of Oceancrest Advisory Services, a North Carolina based real estate consulting services firm and was engaged as an international consultant focusing on business development and capital formation.  Lou also manages several family farm operations in Missouri.
